We have not yet verified HOA dues or CDD assessments for Angeline. Builders publish estimates by collection; get both in writing for the specific lot.
Planned amenities
The MetroLagoon, City Center, tot lot, and pickleball courts are planned. Ask for expected timing in writing, and don't price a home as if they're open.
