The developer lists three builders. What each one still has for sale differs, so check them one by one. Checked October 15, 2026; each builder sets its own plans, pricing, and incentives.
The developer's FAQ names more builders with models than its builder list does. We list only builders we could check, and we haven't confirmed current Lennar homes.
