    We haven't verified HOA dues or CDD assessments for Connerton. They can differ by neighborhood; get both in writing for the specific lot.

  • Amenity access

    Ask which amenity centers the specific home's neighborhood can use, and whether any carry separate fees.

  • Schools

    Assignments are set by the District School Board of Pasco County and can change. Charter enrollment is separate; verify both for the address.
