Most WaterGrass builders are marked sold out on the community site. Checked October 15, 2026; each builder sets its own plans, pricing, and incentives.

The sources disagree. Taylor Morrison is marked sold out but still has a quick move-in posted, and M/I Homes is listed from the $500s even though its own WaterGrass page has been taken down. Treat both as unconfirmed until the builder confirms.
